Shipping policy

All orders are subject to a 1-14 day shipping process. Due to covid-19, please be aware of shipping time and processes before placing orders. We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your order was lost during transit, you will need to contact your local USPS for further instructions. For delicate products such as body butters and body scrubs, we take extra measures including ice packs and insulated bubble mailers to prevent melting. If your product arrives melted, please place it in the fridge for a few hours and it will re-solidify. This does not alter the benefits of the product and it will still work the same way. We do not offer refund on melted products as the product still works the same. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
